The present invention relates to a biomarker for predicting and diagnosing a drug-induced liver injury. The biomarker of the present invention means genes, which are sensitively reactive to a drug-induced liver injury, selected based on transcriptomics. The biomarker of the present invention may be usefully used in the prediction and diagnosis of a drug-induced liver injury and in particular, may be usefully used in the analysis of the type of the liver injury. In addition, the biomarker of the present invention has the advantage of diagnosing and predicting a toxicity caused by a drug promptly and accurately at an early stage, and may be able to prevent side effects caused by the toxicity caused by a drug at an early stage.
