The present invention relates to a road packing material. More specifically, the material includes meta methyl acrylate (mmA) resin; an aggregate; steelmaking slag; and shell powder. According to the road-antiskid packing material having a thermostable and antiskid function improved, as the meta methyl acrylate (mmA) resin, the aggregate, the steelmaking slag, and the shell powder are mixed at a specific ratio, the thermal resistance (cooling performance) and skid resistance (not less than BPN 57) become excellent, and as waste materials (the steelmaking slag and the shell powder) are recycled and used as main materials, the present invention is economical and eco-friendly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
