The present invention relates to a vertical tube falling film evaporator, a zero wastewater discharge facility and a zero wastewater discharge method using the same and, more specifically, to a vertical tube falling film evaporator, and a zero wastewater discharge facility and a processing method using the same, constructing a two layer stacked type structure in a vertical direction using two vertical tube falling evaporators having evaporator tubes with relatively shorter lengths, thereby solving an efficiency reduction problem due to generation of a dry zone within the evaporator tube in the conventional evaporator; being easy to install and maintain according to modularization; and simplifying pipes and at the same time, drastically reducing a site area for the facility.
