The present invention is for recycling Ammonium bicarbonate solution used as an osmosis liquid in a water treatment system using forward osmosis. The present invention includes the steps of: separating carbon dioxide from ammonia by inducing part of a mixed solution containing ammonium bicarbonate used as an osmosis liquid into an evaporating unit and heating the mixed solution; absorbing the evaporated carbon dioxide and ammonia by inducing the remaining portion of the mixed solution into one or multiple absorbing units; concentrating the ammonium bicarbonate into one or multiple concentrating units; and cooling the concentrated ammonium bicarbonate solution and resupplying at least part of the solution as osmosis liquid for forward osmosis. The present invention includes: a tower type evaporating unit capable of separating and concentrating the ammonium bicarbonate, an absorbing unit, and a concentrating unit, which prevents the precipitation of salt while recycling ammonium bicarbonate continuously.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
