The present invention relates to beam-forming in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, operation of a base station includes the steps of: updating a leakage coefficient indicating a ratio wherein a transmission signal to a terminal interferes at least another terminal when amounts of long-term channel information, determined by instantaneous channel parameters at a plurality of time points, are greater an threshold value; and determining a beam-forming vector based on the leakage coefficient; and transmitting a signal to the beam-forming vector.
