The present invention relates to a medium composition for manufacturing apple vinegar using mineral water, a manufacturing method of apple vinegar manufactured by ethanol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation using the medium composition, apple vinegar manufactured using the method, and beverage comprising the same. According to the present invention, efficiency of ethanol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation can be increased by comprising mineral water in a medium composition for manufacturing apple vinegar. In addition, apple vinegar manufactured using the medium composition and beverage comprising the same have a high value as a product with excellent sensory properties and functionality.
