The present invention relates to a manganese oxide for lithium adsorption and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a transition metal-doped manganese oxide for lithium adsorption comprising a step of manufacturing a transition metal-supported lithium manganese oxide and a step of manufacturing a hydrogen manganese oxide using the lithium manganese oxide, and a transition metal-doped manganese oxide for lithium adsorption manufactured by the manufacturing method are provided, thereby providing a high efficiency lithium absorbent and the manufacturing method thereof with an economical, simple, and easy method which is not required for an extra process for the concentration and an additional refining process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
