MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF A PANEL FOR MAGMA FOMENTATION AND DRYER USING BASALT

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a board for steaming and drying magma using basalt, including a first step of screening basalt among raw stones, cutting the same into 10 to 25 mm and manufacturing a basalt-made board; a second step of heat-treating the basalt-made board with use of oxygen flame whose temperature is between 2,500 and 3,000 degrees Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes and removing foreign materials; a third step of immersing powder ingredients consisting of 40-60 wt% of basalt, 10-30 wt% of tourmaline, 5-15 wt% of quartz sand and 5-15 wt% of inorganic pigments in an extracted solution of paper mulberry, drying the same and filling porosities on the surface of the basalt-made board with the same; a fourth step of heat-treating the basalt-made board filled with the powder ingredients at 300 to 900 degrees Celsius and plasticizing the same; and a fifth step of polishing or processing the plasticized basalt-made board.
