The present invention relates to a method for collecting biomass in an efficient manner by using acid mine wastewater including iron, aluminum positive ion, negative ion such as sulfate or calcium and magnesium positive ion. The method is allowed to reduce costs required for collecting microalgae by using wastewater, while having an effect of purifying water by removing phosphorus, and enables wastewater to be re-used in a culture, thereby collecting condensed biomass and enabling the biomass to be used as a raw material for bio energy and as a soil reformer. Therefore, the method of the present invention has various effects and is an eco-friendly method of condensing and culturing.
