A watermarking module adaptive to mobile software copyright protection requirements includes: a database which stores the basic information and initial input parameters for each watermarking method; a cost-effect analysis unit which selects one or more of the watermarking methods stored in the database satisfying the requirements of a user and determines the number of the watermarks corresponding to the respective watermarking methods; a watermarking unit which applies the respective watermarking methods determined for the execution files of the mobile software to insert the watermarks of the corresponding number. Accordingly, the present invention can provide the cost-efficient watermarking.
