Disclosed are a device and a method for providing a product gifting service in an Internet cafe, which can present a product voucher capable of purchasing goods sold in the Internet cafe to a friend, who plays game together and uses the Internet cafe. The device for providing a product gifting service in an Internet cafe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a service providing unit for receiving a gifting request of a product sold in an Internet cafe and information of an opponent in a game service who receives a gift from a user terminal using the game service; a product list providing unit for selecting an Internet cafe to service a product based on inputted information of the opponent, and providing a product list provided by the selected Internet cafe to the user terminal; a payment unit for receiving selection information related to at least one product in the product list, and performing payment related to the selected product; and a product voucher issuing unit for providing the product voucher related to the product in which the payment is completed to the opponent, for the opponent to get a service of the selected product.
