The present invention provides a culture medium composition for growing human adipose-derived stem cells, which expresses CD73, CD90, and CD105, but not CD34 and CD45 and contains cell growth factors such as EGF, VEGF, TGF, FGF, and HGF efficiently, and a medical composition containing active ingredients like the same for preventing and treating atopic diseases. The culture medium of stem cells, which expresses positive surface markers of the human adipose-derived stem cells CD73, CD90, and CD105 specifically but not negative surface marker CD34 andCD45, used in the present invention is capable of inhibiting atopic symptoms and reducing an IgE level. The present invention provides a stem cell medium for producing the stem cell culture medium, which specifically contains cell growth factors, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the cell growth factors as active ingredients for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis.
