DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SLIDING ON BLACK ICE AND WET ROAD AND AUTOMATIC SNOW CHAIN DEVICE

The present invention aims to develop an active vehicle safety device wherein, when a vehicle slides on a wet road or ice (black ice), the conventional anti-lock brake system (ABS) detects the fact; a track with a great frictional force is inserted into between the road surface and a tire in real time; when the brake is pressed while the tire is on the track, the braking power is conveyed to the track and kinetic friction force works on the wet road surface or the ice; and the vehicle′s speed is reduced. To achieve this purpose, the inner surface of the track is made from materials with an excellent adhesive strength to the tire, and the outer surface of the track is made from a metal structure having a great frictional force for braking the vehicle on a wet road surface or ice. In addition, in winter, a circular track which passes through under the tire is made in the vehicle, and the vehicle can be controlled while moving for a long time in the snow, and the circular track can work as a snow chain. As a snow chain can be mounted or detached automatically from the vehicle, the inconvenience in mounting a snow chain in the outside of the vehicle in cold weather is removed. Also, even when the vehicle slides and is stuck in snow or ice, the vehicle can be safely rescued by mounting the snow chain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
