The present invention relates to a user customized intelligent bicycle using a smartphone and a system for monitoring an intelligent bicycle, which supports a smartphone to control an operating state of each portion of a bicycle, and comprises: a smartphone wherein a smart bicycle application is installed, which transmits a smart bicycle operation request signal inputted through the smart bicycle application carried out in accordance with operation of a user; and a smart bicycle operated by responding to the smart bicycle operation request signal transmitted from the smartphone. Thus, a user who is inexperienced to operate a bicycle or has a disability can simply control a bicycle to relieve discomfort.
