Disclosed is a flue gas desulfurizer of a heat power plant. The flue gas desulfurizer comprises: an absorbing tower for feeding exhaust gas and oxidized air; an exhaust gas feeding pipe for feeding a gas containing sulfur oxide in the absorbing tower; an oxidized air feeding pipe for feeding oxidized air in the absorbing tower; an absorbent storage for storing an absorbent; an absorbent slurry transferring pipe for transferring absorbent slurry to the absorbing tower from the absorbent storage; and a gypsum slurry transferring pipe for transferring gypsum which is a byproduct of a desulfurizing process from the absorbing tower to the outside of the absorbing tower. A gas containing sulfuric oxide is injected in the absorbing tower through the exhaust gas feeding pipe, and oxidized air is injected in the absorbing tower through the oxidized air feeding pipe. Absorbent slurry is injected in the absorbing tower through the absorbent slurry transferring pipe, and gypsum which is a byproduct after a desulfurizing process is discharged through the gypsum slurry transferring pipe.
