The present invention provides a network separation server network (distribution panel, emergency generator, network equipment, CCTV, broadcasting equipment, and auto-controller) control box for a subcontractor, a remote control system, and a control method thereof. More specifically, the network separation server controls at least one control unit, and in a state that an internal network main board and an external network main board connected to an internal network are connected between a backup router and VPN which are physically separated from the internal network, a remote control unit connected to the external network controls a control unit through the external network main board, wherein the remote control unit is integrally formed in one housing, and has a contact point converted into a network switch ON contact point, an external network switch ON contact point, and an internal network switch OFF contact point of a breaker to transmit data indicating whether power is supplied from a converter, to the remote control unit through a transceiver of the control unit. Therefore, the remote control unit controls the control unit through the external network main board, and includes a display unit, wherein a network communication state between the external network main board and the remote control unit is displayed on a display unit of the remote control unit when the contact point of the remote control unit corresponds to the network switch ON contact point, the external network switch OFF contact point, and the internal network switch OFF contact point of the breaker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
