The present invention relates to a composition comprising an extract or a fraction of Macckia amurensis as an active ingredient for alleviating, preventing, or treating obesity, and to a functional food comprising the composition. The composition and the food of the present invention with inhibition activities of mast cell differentiation can be effectively used in alleviating, preventing, or treating obesity.
