The present invention relates to security document management based on an image forming apparatus. The objective of the present invention is to provide a security document with high security properties, a security document management method, a security document generation method, a security document authentication method, an image forming apparatus, and a security document management system based on an image forming apparatus at low costs by implementing a security document management system based on an image forming apparatus having an NFC tag reader/writer. According to the present invention, the security documentation management method using the image forming apparatus having an NFC tag reader/writer includes the steps of: reading an NFC tag integrated with security paper by using the NFC tag reader/writer; performing a security document generation process with respect to the security paper when 1^s^t S/N is stored in the NFC tag; and performing a security document authentication process with respect to the security paper when the 1^s^t S/N, a key value, and 2^n^d S/N are stored in the NFC tag.
