The present invention provides a self-defense ring and a dangerous situation management system using the same. The present invention promotes protection of a user and rapid response since a rescue request can be done in secret by sensing a dangerous situation and spreading the information to the outside through the ring easy to hide, can reduce installation cost of a system by simplifying the system therefor, and can increase dangerous situation response and management efficiency by performing dangerous situation informing notification or control of the ring through a user mobile communication terminal wirelessly paired with the ring. The present invention comprises a ring body, an input device for generating an informing signal by being formed on a surface of the ring body, a sensor module capable of estimating a current situation of a user, a controller for controlling the sensor module by receiving information by being connected with the input device and the sensor module, a wireless communication device for receiving information from the controller and transmitting to the outside wirelessly, and a power module for supplying power to the sensor module, the controller, and the wireless communication device, and a dangerous situation management application is installed. The application comprises a situation verifying module for having a dangerous situation verifying algorithm, a contact number DB module, and a user mobile communication terminal for including a dangerous situation notification module for transmitting dangerous situation information of a user to a person set in the contact number DB module when recognizing a dangerous situation.
