The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Pleurotus ostreatus having enhanced content of vitamin D_2 without change in chromaticity and Pleurotus ostreatus manufactured thereby, wherein it is possible to improve quality and productivity as well capable of highly enhancing the content of vitamin D_2 in a short period of time without change in chromaticity of Pleurotus ostreatus.
