The present invention relates to a device for accurately adjusting a radiation distribution measurement device for linear accelerator based radiosurgery equipment to irradiate an accurate position by accurately adjusting the position of a radiation generator and a radiation distribution measurement device to check the radiation distribution in accordance with radiosurgery treatment planning to correspond to the shape of a lesion. The device for accurately adjusting a radiation distribution measurement device for linear accelerator based radiosurgery equipment includes: a plurality of seating parts separately fastened and fixated to both bottoms of a linear accelerator by a fastening member, wherein both ends of the linear accelerator are seated; a plurality of first support members separately fastened to both tip ends at the bottom of the seating parts by a fastening member; a plurality of reinforcement members wherein the first support members are separately fastened to the both tip ends at the top by a fastening member to distribute the load of the seating parts due to the linear accelerator; a plurality of second support members fastened to both tip ends at the bottom of the reinforcement members at the bottom of the reinforcement members by a fastening member; and a position adjustment unit to be moved in X, Y, and Z-axis with the application of external physical forces, wherein the second support members are separately joined around the corner.
