PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a sheet using biomass, an eco-friendly composite sheet, and a fabrication method thereof, which have eco-friendly characteristics, i.e., being recyclable and not harmful to the human body, are excellent in elongation and hardness and also have excellent scratch resistance.;SOLUTION: A composition for sheet comprises, with respect to the total weight, 30 to 60 pts.wt. of an impregnated mixture in which a porous herbaceous biomass and a nano-inorganic filler are impregnated; 30 to 60 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin; and 1 to 40 pts.wt. of a glass bead or an organic peroxide.
