The present invention relates to a biomarker for diagnosing Alzheimers disease, which shows the highest frequency among degenerative dementias, at an early stage and, more specifically, to a biomarker which enables an early diagnosis and an estimation of clinical progression of Alzheimers disease by a fixed amount of ATP-binding cassette sub-family F member 1 isoform A (ABCF1) in the cerebrospinal fluid, and to a diagnostic kit including the same. Provided is the biomarker for diagnosing Alzheimers disease, which contains the ABCF1 in the cerebrospinal fluid to diagnose Alzheimers disease. In addition, provided is the diagnostic kit including the biomarker for diagnosing Alzheimers disease.
