According to the present invention, a block stacking-type 2.5D printing system includes: a terminal and a computer which deign a flat panel and a relief and generates design data of the designed flat panel and the designed relief; an operation server which receives the design data of the flat panel and the relief which are designed by the terminal and the computer, selectively settles and pays costs generated based on types and the numbers of blocks used for the flat panel and the relief; a 2.5D printer which receives the design data of the flat panel and the relief from the terminal and the computer, or the operation server and prints the flat panel and the relief; and a communication network which performs data transmission among the terminal, the computer, the operation server, and the 2.5 printer. The flat panel and the relief are designed to be assembled in an easy manner by automatically getting mosaic images and blocks in a program of a mobile device such as a smart phone so that people without professional 3D graphic technology can use the system. Therefore, the system can increase accessibility.
