The present invention relates to a bio marker composition for diagnosing the organ toxicity comprising exosomes or a protein thereof; a kit for diagnosing the organ toxicity comprising the composition; an information providing method for diagnosing the organ toxicity using the composition; and a screening method of treatment materials for the organ toxicity comprising the composition. It is possible to quickly diagnose the organ toxicity by using the exosomes in the present invention. Especially, the present invention can be useful for quickly and precisely diagnosing the organ toxicity or predicting a prognosis induced by various drugs since it is possible to diagnose the toxicity of a specific organ by means of an organ-specific exosome protein.
