Disclosed is a fabrication method of a microlens array for OLED light extraction. The fabrication method of a microlens array for OLED light extraction according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first step of forming a micro pattern having a pyramid concave part and flat part on a substrate; a second step of forming a first molded article having a surface corresponding to the pyramid concave part and flat part on one surface coating a resin for forming the first molded article on the micro pattern and curing; and a third step separating the first molded article from the substrate.
