Disclosed is a method for producing a carbon material using subcritical or supercritical fluid. The method for producing the carbon material using subcritical or supercritical fluid comprises the following steps: physically crushing the carbon material; increasing carbon gaps within the carbon materials by introducing the subcritical or supercritical fluid into the crushed carbon material and forming functional groups on the carbon materials by reacting the subcritical or supercritical fluid with the crushed carbon materials; and dispersing the carbon materials having the functional groups into a solvent.
