The present invention relates to a rapidly dried aqueous aerosol spray composition and a method for producing the same. The rapidly dried aqueous aerosol spray composition according to the present invention comprises acrylic emulsion, water, pigment paste, an acrylic plasticizer, ethylene glycol, a viscosity agent, a pH adjuster, and a dispersion agent gas. A content of an organic solvent is minimized, so worry about air pollution caused by volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and human body toxicity or harmfulness caused by work environment atmosphere pollution can be effectively reduced and there is no danger of fire and explosion. A wet film and a dry film have relatively thick thicknesses to ensure excellent coating workability so that excellent durability, adhesion, crack resistance, wear resistance, and loading properties are ensured. Reduced coherence relives worry about nozzle blocking. Excellent peeling resistance and relatively excellent low temperature coating functions and rapidly dried properties are ensured, and a methanol-free or high boiling point solvent-free paint can be shaped.
