The present invention relates to a direct carbon fuel cell having an enlarged three phase boundary and a direct carbon fuel cell system for continual fuel supply. The direct carbon fuel cell includes a cathode electrode, an electrolyte, and a porous metal. And an anode electrode to which fuel particles are attached is included in internal and external parts of the porous metal. According to the present invention, continual fuel supply is possible by an indirect method, thereby significantly improving efficiency of the fuel cell.
