The present invention follows the international standards of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC17. The present invention provides additional information and additional services of a URL-NFC card to a system made of a card with a URL-NFC function (called as URL-NFC card below), a device with a text message input function (called as smart device below), a server of a card company, and a network such as the internet wherein the URL-NFC card performs the URL-NFC function while the URL-NFC card stores the URL of a corresponding file of the server of the card company in an NFC chip of a card to which an NFC function is applied and the smart device is connected to the server of the card company through an electronic network (call as network below) to enable NFC-communication and includes the text input function.
