The present invention relates to a registry converting method for converting registry of windows into an INI file of a heterogeneous operation system, a computer device, and a computer-readable recording medium. In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the registry converting method for converting registry of windows into an INI file of a heterogeneous operation system comprises: a registry analyzing step of extracting a hierarchical structure (key depth) between a key of the registry and a subkey, and a type of a registry value stored in the key or subkey; an INI format appointing step of appointing a format of a file name of the INI file by setting a directory path of the INI file corresponding to the hierarchical structure of the registry, and appointing a type of an INI value stored in the INI file according to a type of the registry value; and a parsing step of generating an INI file having a directory path having the appointed format and a file name by using the key and subkey extracted from the registry, and storing a value name and value data of the registry value extracted from the registry by matching the same with the value name and value data of the INI value.
