The present invention relates to a new turf with herbicide-resistance and dwarf phenotype, and a method for manufacturing the turf. According to the present invention, the new turf of JNU-MJ-3 can be easily managed without being affected by herbicide treatment, and can provide an ornamental turf with excellent visual texture due to having smaller leaves and higher growing density. According to an embodiment, the new turf of JNU-MJ-3 (KCTC12455BP) with herbicide-resistance and dwarf phenotype is obtained by crossing Zoysia matrella as a maternal parent with herbicide-resistant Zoysia japonica as a paternal parent.
