Provided are a fast and flexible digital hologram generating method and a fast and a flexible digital hologram generating device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method is as follows. Points of a 3D-object are clustered by a plurality of clusters and diffraction patterns are generated and overlapped by cluster unit to generate a fringe pattern. Therefore, a digital hologram is quickly generated by reducing calculation complexity and a customized flexible digital hologram is generated by controlling the range and the size of a cluster, which are in trade-off with the resolution of digital hologram.
