The present invention relates to a messenger service system, a messenger service method and an apparatus for voice call in the system. A terminal apparatus executes a messenger service by performing communication for the messenger service by interworking with a service apparatus through a communication network, converts voice information inputted from a user into text when the user cannot make a call during performance of a voice call through a messenger, transmits an instant message including the converted text to the other party′s terminal apparatus through the messenger, and outputs the instant message including the converted text on a messenger conversation screen. Therefore, even if a temporary disconnection occurred, or a conversation is stopped and call is terminated due to the disconnection, the call contents can be explicitly recognized, and a smooth conversation can be performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
