The present invention relates to a flue gas recirculating system (called FGR system), applied to various types of industrial furnace. According to the present invention, the existing FGR sys reduce pollutants such as NOx by reducing the temperature of a combustion chamber since the systems increase the flow of combustion gas by circulating rear flue gas in a similar or same position as a position of combustion air. Problems of the existing systems are that there is a limit on the reduction of pollutants, costs for design and manufacture increase, a clinker is made as a wall is partially overheated by combustion, a boiler pipe is corroded, an inner wall is damaged, and an FGR nozzle pipe is corroded by acid gas included in flue gas. In order to solve the problems, provided is a reverse direction flue gas recirculating system having high efficiency reaction performance by internal induction flow recirculation, capable of reducing pollutants such as Co and NOx, and equalizing heat delivery by forming equal temperature distribution while maximizing reactivity by inducing a strong recirculation area to the inside of the combustion chamber by injecting high speed gas in a direction from an upper part of the combustion chamber to a lower part of the chamber and then forming a completely mixed area in the combustion chamber.
