The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of polyethylene 3-layer complex film comprising a carbon nanotube. Accordingly, the technical point of the present invention is to develop a formulation appropriate for manufacturing a 3-layer complex film by controlling contents of carbon nanotube (CNT), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), and high density polyethylene (HDPE) in a low density polyethylene (LDPE), which is a basic resin in applying a protective film for an IT device. More specifically, the purpose is to provide a polyethylene 3-layer complex film comprising a carbon nanotube, regarding a complex film constituted of a 3-layer structure of an inner layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer layer, which comprises: a CNT used as a conductive filler in an inner layer for preventing pollution of an object to be attached, which is caused by a surface deformation (Migraion) phenomenon; LDPE/ LLDPE used in an intermediate layer for reducing production costs and facilitating processability of a complex; and HDPE applied in an outer layer for preventing a curl phenomenon by a viscoelasticity property difference of the inner layer and the outer layer.
