QUICK-SETTING MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR COMPACTION GROUTING PROCESS USING BOTTOM ASH AS AGGREGATE

The present invention relates to a rapid set mortar composition for a compaction grouting method, which uses low slump mortar as an injection material, among grouting methods which reinforce a foundation in order to: reinforce soft ground; prevent a structure on the soft ground from being sunken; or guarantee the safety of a surface structure, an underground structure, an installation, and the like, which are already sunken and thus threatens the safety. More specifically, the rapid set mortar composition for the compaction grouting method: assigns rapid set properties to the low slump mortar, an injection material, by using calcium sulfur aluminate (CSA), and thus reduces construction period; activates an amorphous material such as high calcium fly ash or the like to express the strength; and supplements properties that the cement mortar is shrunk when being cured by using absorption and exothermic reactions and dilatancy action of CaO, contained at high level in high calcium fly ash, and thus greatly enhances performance of soft ground improvement. The rapid set mortar composition for the compaction grouting method of the present invention comprises: 10-30 parts by weight of fine powder of blast furnace slag; 2-6 parts by weight of CSA containing 50% or higher of an aluminum oxide; and 2-6 parts by weight of petroleum coke desulfurized gypsum, with respect to 100 parts by weight of bottom ash as an aggregate.
