The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously refining primary Si and eutectic Si in hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, comprising: a cooling plate preparing step (step S1) of preparing a cooling plate having cooling water flowing inside; an Al-Si alloy molten metal preparing step (step S2) of preparing hypereutectic Al-Si alloy dissolved at a predetermined temperature; an Sr adding step (step S3) of adding Sr to the Al-Si alloy molten metal; and a molten metal treating step (step S4) of making the Al-Si alloy molten metal, which has Sr added thereto at a target injection temperature, flow on top of the cooling plate. Fine primary Si and eutectic Si are obtained by adding Sr to hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, which has been dissolved at a predetermined temperature, and making the molten metal flow on top of the cooling plate at the target injection temperature, high-priced additional devices are not necessary, and the fine primary Si and the eutectic Si can be manufactured by a simple cooling plate. The primary Si can be distributed uniformly while improving the mechanical properties of the alloy and reducing the thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy via the refinement of the primary Si and the eutectic Si, and reducing the generation of harmful gas, which is caused by elements added for refinement, and impurities.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
