The present invention relates to a milk injection composition for a soil cement wall (SCW) method, and to SCW method using the same and, more specifically, to a milk injection composition for a SCW method using a slag as a main ingredient for minimizing use of a first class general cement and bentonite widely used, and not only having a performance same or higher than the first class general cement by using cement, petro coke desulfurized plaster, and an expanding material, but also removing use of bentonite by using volume expansion, and minimizing elution of harmful components such as hexavalent chrome and the like, and to a SCW method using the same.
