According to the present invention, disclosed is a handpiece. The handpiece includes: a case (110) formed by assembling multiple case components (111, 112) in the shape of a pen; a cutting tip (120) which is arranged to protrude from a side end of the case (110) and emits heat by high frequency power supply to cut an affected area (P); a suction hole (130) which is arranged near the cutting tip (120) from a side of the case (110) to draw in the smoke generated as the cutting tip (120) cuts the affected area (P) into the case; an outlet (140) which is arranged on the other side of the case (110) to discharge the smoke drawn into the case (110) through the suction opening; and a guide pipe (150) which is formed in a pipe shape surrounding the periphery of the cutting tip (120) to be fitted and coupled to a side of the case (120) and guides the generated smoke to flow into the suction hole (130) through an open side.
