The present invention relates to a three-dimensional graphene nano-network having thermoelectric properties and a method for using the same as a thermoelectric material. According to the present invention, efficiency of energy conversion, according to the thermoelectric properties of the three-dimensional graphene nano-network, is represented by a performance index (ZT), which is calculated by equation 1 and is 3 or greater. The three-dimensional graphene nano-network having thermoelectric properties according to the present invention can have a high thermoelectric efficiency as the three-dimensional graphene nano-network has high electric conductivity while having low thermal conductivity. The method for using the three-dimensional graphene nano-network as a thermoelectric material according to the present invention can be advantageously used to manufacture thermoelectric materials.
