The present invention relates to a method for screening a microalgae sample, which is excellent in removing radioactive materials, by using dielectrophoresis. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises: a step for supplying a first microalgae sample group; a step for exposing the first sample group to radioactive materials; a step for creating a first dielectrophoresis environment according to a first condition inside a first micro channel; a step for eliminating residual microalgae from the first micro channel, excluding a second sample group which is friendly to the first dielectrophoresis environment; a step for removing the first dielectrophoresis environment; and a step for acquiring the second sample group from the first micro channel.
