Disclosed is an austenite series heat resistant iron casting with excellent fatigue life and creep resistance. According to the present invention, the austenite series heat resistant iron casting with excellent fatigue life and creep resistance comprises: 2.0 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of carbon (C), 4.5-4.9 wt% of silicone (Si), 0.5-0.7 wt% of manganese (Mn), 23.0-25.0 wt% of nickel (Ni), 2.0-2.3 wt% of chrome (Cr), 0.5-0.9 wt% of molybdenum (Mo), 0.4-0.7 wt% of vanadium (V), and a remaining part containing iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities.
