A method to manufacture a rubber friction material of a vibration absorbing damper in a full automatic washing machine comprises: a step of uniformly mixing raw materials to form a mass; a step of forming the mass on a sheet; a step of cutting the sheet in accordance to weight; a step of placing cut products in a mold, applying heat and pressure to it, and performing a curing process; a step of looking at the sheet; and a step of checking the dimensions and appearance of the product, packing it, and shipping it. The rubber friction material does not contract at very low temperatures, can effectively absorb vibration, and satisfies wear resistance and cold resistance.
