The present invention relates to a flap-directional fatigue test method of a wind turbine blade using horizontal excitation and a biaxial resonance test fatigue test method capable of remarkably reducing a test period by removing a role of an exciter with respect to gravity in an existing flap-directional fatigue test method vertically performed and exciting the blade at a huge amplitude using the exciter with a low load capacity by mounting the blade to a fixing device to make the edge of the blade about perpendicular to the ground and exciting the blade about a horizontal direction. To achieve the same, the flap-directional fatigue test method of the wind turbine blade to reduce the test period by increasing the amplitude of the blade includes a first step (S110) of fixing the blade on a fixing device at 80 to 100 degrees between the edge of the blade and the ground surface to be a cantilever shape; a second step (S120) of mounting the exciter to the surface of the blade at -10 to +10 degrees between the edge of the blade and a line or a face where a moving mass moves; and a third step (S130) of performing the test by exciting the blade at -10 degrees to +10 degrees around resonance frequency of the overall blade structure using the exciter.
