An optoelectronic oscillator is disclosed. The present invention according to an embodiment includes: a loop including two or more optical fibers having different length, wherein an optical signal outputted from a light source is applied based on a reference electric signal; a photoelectric conversion unit converting the optical signal, which passed through the loop, into an electrical signal; a gain controller controlling a gain of the optoelectronic oscillator by using a response characteristic calculated based on the electric signal and the reference electric signal; and a suppressor suppressing oscillation in pseudo frequency having a predetermined response characteristic, distinguished from oscillation frequency based on the controlled gain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
