The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for opening high tibial osteotomy, in the fixing apparatus for the opening high tibial osteotomy which is installed in a tibia dissected caused by the tibial osteotomy, comprising a fixed plate including a head unit with a plurality of head nut holes, and a elongated plate, protruded from one side of the head unit, with an upper nut hole, a lower nut hole, and a slot between the upper nut hole and the lower nut hole; a screw fixating the fixing plate to the tibia by being combined with the head nut hole, the upper nut hole, and the lower nut hole; and a supporting screw installed to be moved along the slot spaced from the upper nut hole to the side of the head unit by a preset distance. Therefore, the invention is fixed closely to the tibia dissected caused by the high tibial osteotomy, thereby the tibia is possible to be fused with the apparatus firmly.
