Disclosed are a system, a method, and an apparatus for managing a cloud streaming server. According to the present invention, real-time load information of multiple cloud streaming servers is monitored; properties of the cloud streaming servers are stored; a representative server and lower-level servers are selected from the cloud streaming servers based on the real-time load information; and then, if a storage unit has a failure, the storage unit is restored by receiving backup ones for the properties from the representative server. Therefore, a cloud streaming service can be resumed as soon as possible.
