According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining bearing wear of a system for monitoring a bearing wear comprises: a step of measuring a bottom dead center (BDC) level each time the corresponding cylinder is lowered, and calculating a first BDC level which is a moving average based on the measured BDC level by multiple sensor parts mounted on multiple cylinders; a step of selecting one sensor part among multiple sensor parts, and transmitting a BDC-level transmission request message to the sensor part selected through a first circuit by a logic part; a step of transmitting the calculated first BDC level through a second circuit to the logic part according to reception of the BDC-level transmission request message by the selected sensor part; and a step of calculating a second BDC level by compensating for the first BDC level from the selected sensor part according to revolution per minute (RPM), and determining a degree of wear according to a wear degree determining algorithm based on the calculated second BDC level by the logic part.
