The present invention relates to a gene carrier for producing growth hormone hypersecretion disease-induced animals, a method for producing growth hormone hypersecretion disease-induced animals using the same and growth hormone hypersecretion disease-induced animals produced thereby. The present invention provides Aip genes which control cell growth, proliferation and a fission process to growth stimulated cells specific deleted animal models, and thus growth hormone hypersecretion diseases and, especially, a growth hormone secretory pituitary tumor specific animal model can be efficiently produced. The present invention can be used as a valuable research tool in the growth hormone hypersecretion disease study such as the growth hormone secretory pituitary tumor and hyperpituitarism.
